Our Diagnostic Center for Sleep Health is here to help you. We want to help you get your sleep back under control so you can live life more fully and joyfully.

Our team of experts will work with you.

Our board-certified doctors specialize in sleep issues. Plus, they can consult with our other medical specialists, so you have a full team thinking about you and your unique situation.

Some of the many sleep disorders we treat include apnea, insomnia, snoring, fatigue, restless leg syndrome and narcolepsy.

The consequences of not getting enough good-quality sleep can be devastating—such as severe depression, anxiety, physical illness, injury and relationship problems. Take the first step by making an appointment with your primary care doctor, or ask your doctor for a referral.

Suffering from chronic insomnia?

You might be a good candidate for Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia, or CBT-I. Many studies show that CBT-I can create durable change. Learn more about CBT-I here.

  • Your co-pay
  • Any X-rays and labs from outside the PacMed/Swedish/Providence network
  • A list of your questions and symptoms.
