Scott Foster-Edwards, MD, is the Regional Chief Executive for the North Division of the Providence Clinical Network, including Pacific Medical Centers. He oversees leadership, strategy, operations, and financial performance, focusing on optimizing ambulatory and group practice operations, physician alignment, and coordinated care across western Washington and Alaska.
Previously, Dr. Foster-Edwards served as Chief Executive of PeaceHealth Medical Group, where he led the organization’s ACO, implemented its first clinically integrated network, and advanced population health initiatives. Known for his collaborative approach, he has a strong track record in improving clinician engagement, operational efficiency, and patient-centered care.
