First Hill Pharmacy Closing: Sept. 1, 2018

Our First Hill Pharmacy, currently operated by Maxor, will be closing – effective September 1, 2018. This pharmacy is located on the 3rd floor of 1101 Madison St. and will be the only pharmacy affected.

The Maxor pharmacies inside our Beacon Hill, Canyon Park, Northgate, Renton and Totem Lake locations will continue to be open and available to you.

If you do not currently fill your prescriptions at our First Hill location, no further action is needed. To ensure you do not visit a closed location in the future, we felt it was necessary to notify all current and/or future patients of this upcoming closure.

If you do fill your prescriptions at the First Hill pharmacy, your remaining refills will be transferred to our Beacon Hill pharmacy. You may also utilize the Bartell pharmacy on the 1st floor of 1101 Madison or any other in-network pharmacy.

If you are a USFHP member, your in-network pharmacies include: Bartell Drugs, Safeway and Rite-Aid. All USFHP members also have the option to receive their prescription through the Maxor mail-order program. Mail-order prescriptions may have lower copays than those picked up locally.
