Diabetes Patient Experience
Our Diabetes STAR Patients inspire hope
The PacMed Diabetes STAR Patient program is our way to highlight current patients who are living well with diabetes. By sharing their stories and acknowledging the hard work and lifestyle changes these “stars” have made to control their diabetes, we hope to inspire and motivate others to do the same. If one person can do it, so can another.
Please check out the following stories and videos, and feel free to share them with your friends. You never know: it might empower someone close to you to change their life and health for the better.
